Description
- Is the term "subject identity" needed? It is defined in XTM 1.0,
but it is not clear that there is any use for it. The XTM 1.0
definition is: That which makes two subjects identical, or
distinguishes one subject from another.
-
Opinion
- Since the definition is broken
anyway, and there is no clear need for it, I suggest it be dropped.
- Scope: Marc de Graauw
- subject indentity is the collective
term for the formal identifiers of a topic namely a resoure reference
or subject indicators. Therefor i think it has a use beyond the xtm
1.0 spec definition.
- Scope: Graham Moore
-
Resolution
- The term is not needed, and will
be dropped.
