- What version number should we give the updated XTM syntax?

- 1.1 ? But if so, then there we need a backward compatibility chapter (and maybe an XSLT sheet). - Scope: Robert Barta
- 1.1. AFAIK, we are only adding instanceOf on baseName (and possibly allowing resourceRef in three more places). Even if we add variants to occurrences, I still don't think that justifies going to 2.0. From the point of view of conveying stability, we want these changes to be seen to be minor tweaks. - Scope: Steve Pepper
